- Nudity & Sexual Content: Explicit images, sexual solicitation, or
pornography
- Child Safety: Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts (zero
tolerance, reported to authorities)
- Graphic Content: Disturbing or shocking imagery
❌ Deceptive Practices
- Spam: Repetitive, unsolicited content or vote manipulation
- Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else
- Misinformation: Deliberately spreading false information
- Scams: Fraudulent schemes or phishing attempts
❌ Illegal Activity
- Promoting illegal activities
- Sharing illegal content
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Selling regulated goods (drugs, weapons, etc.)
Voting Etiquette
Be Honest, But Kind
When voting on polls:
- Give your genuine opinion
- Consider the context and intent
- Remember there's a real person behind every poll
- If you have criticism, make it constructive in comments
Don't Manipulate
- Vote only once per poll
- Don't coordinate voting campaigns
- Don't use multiple accounts to vote
- Don't vote just to hurt someone
Commenting Guidelines
Good Comments
- "The blue one looks great on you!"
- "I'd go with option A because..."
- "Have you considered trying..."
- "Both look good, but I prefer the first"
Not Okay
- Personal attacks or insults
- Body shaming or appearance-based harassment
- Unwanted sexual comments
- Trolling or deliberately hurtful remarks
Privacy & Consent
- Don't share others' private information without permission
- Respect privacy settings - don't screenshot and share private polls
- Get consent before posting photos that include other people
- Don't stalk or harass users across the platform
Content Moderation
AI Moderation
We use AI to automatically screen content before it's posted:
- Images are analyzed for inappropriate content
- Text is checked for policy violations
- Flagged content is blocked before upload
- No harmful content is stored on our servers
Human Review
Our team reviews:
- User reports
- Edge cases flagged by AI
- Appeals of moderation decisions
Reporting Violations
How to Report
If you see content that violates these guidelines:
- Tap the three dots (•••) on the content
- Select "Report"
- Choose the reason for reporting
- Add any additional context
What Happens Next
- We review all reports within 24 hours
- Violating content is removed
- Repeat offenders face account restrictions
- Severe violations result in immediate account termination

Repeated Violations
- Temporary account restrictions (cooldown period)
- Limited posting abilities
- Longer cooldown periods for continued violations
Severe or Repeated Violations
- Permanent account suspension
- Ban from creating new accounts
- Legal action if necessary
Appeals
If you believe your content was removed in error:
- Email support@thumbly.me
- Include your username and the content in question
- Explain why you think it doesn't violate guidelines
- We'll review within 48 hours
